Classical Japanese Jujitsu was a battlefield art that had as many variations and interpretations as there were practitioners. Of those that have survived to the present day, certain commonalities often unify them.
In Volume 3, we explore the role that traditional weapons play, including basic manipulation and tactical understanding. More importantly, we look at how these weapons can inform and improve our modern empty handed combative skills and the various aspects of strengthening, coordination and timing that each uniquely hone.
