-The neck roll, and
Each of these movements represent challenging body awareness and activation. You will be led through a sequence of movement isolation drills that will allow you to better feel and control the necessary muscles while relaxing excess tension to access new degrees of mobility. In addition, you will be shown how these movements apply combatively and given additonal methods for refining these skills.
