In this final module on breathwork in the ICSA Basic Curriculum, you will focus on 2 principles fields of study:
The first is the role of diaphragmatic breathing in cultivating greater body mastery, increasing breath efficiency and capacity, and resolving stored fear in the body.
The second is the use of hemispheric breathing as a mindfulness tool, free of the mysticism and ambiguity that so often shroud the topic.
Collectively, these two tools will serve to review and reinforce the preceding five levels. In addition, you will learn how to integrate the 6 levels of breath skill into a simple, convenient and comprehensive breath training and total health program.
