Ultimately, all training boils down to one simple truth: will it be reporoduceable under conditions of stress, shock, ambush and resistance. Research has shown that the key components of effective stress innoculation, are a clear education phase with obvious and understood goals, a progressively resistant rehearsal phase, where subjects are required to earn their repetitions under constantly changing conditions that bolster adaptability and calibrate expectations and which ultimately culminate in a pressure test, that require them to fail almost as much as they succeed, without floundering into learned helplessness. This constant cycle of testing, debriefing and adjustment, firing the neurons till they fail then fixxing it, is everything.
In day 4, you will be shown how to safely incorporate sensory deprivation, respiratory inhibition, environmental variables, resistance, contact and much more. Learn how to take your learning deep into your nervous system to prepare you for the reality of chaos.
